At the Social Frank was presented with his life membership of the Guild


Roasted butternut squash & coriander soup
Steamed deuce of plaice served with a champagne cream sauce
Spinach & feta jalousie served with a roasted pepper sauce
All served with bread rolls


Steak & Kidney Pudding
with glazed button onions & carrots & mustard mash
Roast loin of pork
with caramelised apple sauce and cocotte of parsnip & potatoes
Escalope of Turkey Cordon Bleu
with a plum tomato coulis & saute potatoes
Vegetable Moussaka
with garlic ciabatta
Deep fried courgettes


Bitter Chocolate tart with cinnamon anglaise
Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce
Iced Christmas parfait with sherry syrup
